World Mental Health Day


If you are struggling, or think someone else is, please reach out. To friends, family, a doctor, a hotline, someone, anyone. Because it matters. Because you matter. Because we all matter.

No one deserves to suffer just because their brain doesn’t want to cooperate all the time, and although I don’t really make my own experiences and struggles public, I know the power of strong family and friendship connections, medication, and counselling.
